Someone though, thought they'd help out all those hapless ladies out there by creating this lapdance instruction video and it's just a bit cringe. The girls are hot but they look like they're thinking about their Asda shopping list and those moves are dated as fuck.
Whatever you do, don't do this move. Someone might end up with a concussion.
