Meet Mr Balls - the Brazilian mascot for testicular cancer
Forget Disney characters - who wants a photo with Mickey Mouse or Princess Jasmine when you can snuggle up to Mr Balls, a giant ball sack with a full head of black pubes!
Brazilian non-profit organisation, Associacao de Assistencia as Pessoas com Cancer, is using their mascot Mr Balls to raise awareness about the danger of testicular cancer and the importance of checking yourself. I don’t know why they need a dude in a bollock suit to do that but hey, what do I know?!
Mr Balls travels around schools in Brazil giving talks about testicular cancer and apparently the kids absolutely love him. I mean he does have a friendly face I suppose.
